Regulatory Disclosures

Insurance agency disclosure
Cardinal Oaks Financial Group LLC is not an insurance carrier. Insurance products are issued and underwritten by third-party insurance companies. A discussion with a representative does not create coverage, and no representative may alter carrier terms unless specifically authorized in writing.
Licensing and availability
Cardinal Oaks Financial Group LLC currently identifies North Carolina as its licensed state. Insurance products may be discussed or offered only by appropriately licensed individuals and only where authorized. Product availability, eligibility, benefits, rates, underwriting, exclusions, and limitations vary by carrier and jurisdiction. Agency and producer license numbers should be added when verified.
Compensation and carrier relationships
Cardinal Oaks and its representatives may receive commissions or other compensation from insurance carriers or service partners in connection with the placement or servicing of coverage. Compensation and carrier appointments may vary by product. Ask your representative for information relevant to a recommendation.
Medicare
Cardinal Oaks is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or the Department of Health and Human Services. Calling or submitting an inquiry will connect you with a licensed insurance representative where available.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to plans we are authorized to discuss. Visit Medicare.gov or call 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY: 1-877-486-2048) for information about all available options. Medicare has neither reviewed nor endorsed this information.
Required before Medicare marketing: Cardinal Oaks must insert the current CMS-required TPMO disclaimer with the accurate number of organizations and plans it represents in each applicable service area, confirm carrier approval requirements, and implement compliant permission-to-contact and scope-of-appointment procedures.
No financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
The name “Financial Group” does not mean that all visitors are being offered securities, investment advisory, banking, tax, or legal services. Unless separately documented through an appropriately licensed professional and agreement, website content is limited to general insurance information and should not be treated as financial-planning, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Annuities and retirement-plan distributions
Annuities are long-term insurance contracts issued by insurance companies. They are not bank deposits, are not FDIC insured, and may involve surrender charges, market-value adjustments, rider charges, withdrawal limits, and tax consequences. All guarantees depend on the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer. Fixed indexed annuities do not invest directly in a market index; credited interest is determined under the contract and may be limited by caps, participation rates, spreads, or other factors.
A rollover or transfer is not automatically in a consumer’s best interest. Before moving eligible assets from a 401(k), 403(b), 457 plan, pension, or IRA, consumers should compare available alternatives, including leaving assets in the current plan where permitted, moving them to an eligible new employer plan, rolling to an IRA, or taking a distribution. Relevant factors include fees, services, investments, guarantees, liquidity, withdrawal rules, creditor protections, tax treatment, and required distributions. Consult the plan administrator and qualified tax, legal, or investment professionals before acting.
Securities products
Variable annuities, variable life insurance, registered index-linked annuities, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and investment-advisory services are securities or investment products and require separate licensing or registration. They are not offered through this website unless a visitor receives separate written disclosure identifying the appropriately licensed person and regulated firm providing the service. References to market indexes in fixed insurance products do not mean the consumer directly owns or invests in an index.
Testimonials, savings, and illustrations
Any future testimonial, rating, premium example, savings statement, or performance illustration must be truthful, substantiated, representative or appropriately qualified, and accompanied by disclosures required by applicable law. Individual experiences and outcomes vary.
Business insurance
Business coverage descriptions are general summaries. Actual coverage depends on underwriting, classifications, limits, deductibles, exclusions, endorsements, state requirements, and the terms of the issued policy. Workers’ compensation and other compulsory insurance requirements vary by state.
Professional review required
These disclosures are a conservative website baseline, not a legal opinion or guarantee of compliance. Cardinal Oaks should have qualified insurance regulatory counsel and its carriers or compliance partners review the website before activating lead collection, advertising publicly, or conducting Medicare marketing.
